Building a custom home is a deeply personal journey, one that requires a builder who not only understands your vision but also possesses the expertise to bring it to life. At the heart of this philosophy is Agape Builders, a Minnesota-based custom home building and remodeling company led by Michael D. Sundet.
Building More Than a Home
Agape Builders approaches each project as a collaborative effort, involving homeowners, architects, designers, craftsmen, landscape architects, and skilled tradespeople. This team emphasizes integrity, communication, craftsmanship, and attentive project management throughout the custom-building process. Their focus is not merely on assembling materials but on transforming them into a distinctive home tailored to the client’s individual vision, lifestyle, and property.
Meet Michael D. Sundet
Michael Sundet brings a wealth of construction experience to Agape Builders. His career began with working on reclaimed barns throughout Wisconsin and expanded into civil and commercial construction. He later contributed to high-end apartment buildings, condominiums, and senior living developments before dedicating his attention to high-end architectural custom homes. This diverse background has shaped a building philosophy centered on character, accountability, cost awareness, trustworthiness, and engaged project management, guiding clients through the complexities of designing and building a custom home.
A Home Designed Around You
Recognizing that no two custom homes—or homeowners—are identical, Agape Builders collaborates with a network of architects, designers, craftsmen, landscape architects, and tradespeople to bring individual ideas together. The goal is not simply to build an impressive house but to create a one-of-a-kind home that reflects the people who will live there.
For homeowners considering a custom home or major remodeling project, meeting the builder is an important first step. Discover what Agape Builders can create with you.
